Above is the  Hemp cloth inlay on the deck , providing durability from a cool looking sustainable material that replaces  another layer of traditional fibreglass cloth .

Hemp material is one of the strongest natural fibres on the earth .

Previously  its been associated with heavy brown coloured low performance type surfboards . Good idea but to sluggish to ride and look a tad ugly .

But by combining the hemp/pet material with modern laminating techniques  and using the performance based parabolic carbon rails of the USC range  , you get a cool looking surfboard that not only will look better long term , with a more durable deck, with less foot wells and indentations, depressions and its totally UV protected from the Sun !

Without compromising any performance characteristics of modern performance surfboard.

The rates are actually similar to Road Freight which takes longer ( up to 7 days ) but is a door to door service.

Which features lower entry rocker , foam in the right places making this an easy paddler , with its single to double concave bottom for instant speed , flow and release through your turns . 

The setup is Single Flyers narrowing the tail pod then into a swallow which allows plenty of release throughout your turns but with hold and drive.

Designed to be a  great all-rounder , perfect travel surfboard and probably the most user friendly conventional pointy nose surfboard in the range !

Custom 5'4 for Will who stands around 4'2 and weighs in 30 kgs. Will has been killing it on the the DCD Demon model and at Six years old is progressing really quick ..

We based this custom of the Alien style fish plan-shape with your rounder nose and a lot of foam carried forward .

However Will wanted the look of a more traditional performance pointy nose surfboard .

 We created a new outline , rounded of the nose , softened all the pointy dangerous bits to keep Mum happy avoiding any injuries and designed the Surfboard to allow Will to progress and grow into the board able to catch waves with ease and confidence but still able to duckdive and paddle out with his other frothing super GROMMET mates 

And of course custom art work is the character Johnny Test ... The kids favourite cartoon at the moment !

This Hybrid performance fish based of some old school principles is a custom

5'8 by 20 1/8 by 2 5/8 ( 32.50 litres ) .

Designed for small beach breaks and those day when conditions are marginal and you are  looking for any speed you can muster the  flattish rocker , plenty of foam disguised into this plan-shape, which  will help you get through those dead sections with speed to burn .

The double flyers squash tail is quiet deceiving as it actually hides a wider tail pod that allows for stability which is important as this model with its  single into double concave bottom goes really fast . Really Fast !

With the added foam under the back foot  the flyers give the board a quick release break point giving your turns that extra pop . It kind of feels like its glued to your back foot when you push and jam this board and  lay it on rail through your turns . 

This model has been extremely popular therefore we offer it in the USC technology with the carbon rails or in the Premium Range from $695 , which is your standard PU foam with a central wooden stringer . All technologies are laminated in polyester resin , because they go the best , feel the best and last longer from our factory !
