Blue Purple Haze

Blue Purple and White Resin Tint combination , moving away from the "swirls" of most resin tints we did a more straight lines effect on this board.

With the resin tint designs each artwork is unique and customised , by choosing three different colours then with a special process of applying the colour with different techniques you can achieve all sorts of of "looks".

If you want a unique look to your surfboard resin work is the way to go . As every board comes out different by mixing different colours and altering the applications whether it be "swirls" or straight lines or combination of both . 

New Resin Art

New Resin Tint artwork, using a combination of black base with grey and white tints highlights to get the effect of a charcoal denim look.

Light Blue Hemp

 This new Light Blue hemp is the lightest material in the hemp range , adding it to the deck of your board in the USC range ,with the  parabolic carbon rail compliments the "flex" and spring enhancing the drive and speed of the board, keeping it looking good for longer and that all important new board feeling .

The "look" of the material is almost a subtle light blue denim once it is glassed .

The Hemp / Tencel combination is a winner for heavy footed surfers or people who tend to hammer their decks with massive footwells and depressions .

Lift Off

Smoking USC Alien custom surfboard for Joao . This is the one of the most popular boards we have created so far. If you like to travel with a good reliable surfboard than this is the one to add to the quiver . Or perhaps you are the type of surfer who rides one board in range of conditions ! Surfing your local or globetrotting adventurer than this surfboard got you covered .

The key features of this "High performance fish" , with wide point forward , for easy paddling , but with a tight performance based tail-pod for performance based surfing in the pocket . Single into double concaves with a medium rail volume .

Dimensions on this custom model are 5'9 by 19 5/8 by 2 5/16 litres are 26.81.

Board Comparison

Hybrid Fishes or small wave surfboards are all the rage at the moment  . Lets compare two of our most popular models . The Fuzz Nutz and the evergreen revamped Alien .

The Fuzz Nutz firstly has an old school Twin fin placement which is actually how originally quads came into existence. Back in the day ! It gives you option of riding as a quad or twin fin , depending on conditions .

The Fuzz Nutz has a lot of drive , a real lot , its extremely fast.
The deck is flat with a chime rail or bevelled . The flat deck line makes this board user friendly with a lot of hidden foam , then with the exaggerated rail shape still allows you to bury it !
Being a small wave board it has a flat rocker especially under the front foot ... The bottom shape single into double with a spiral V.

The Alien is designed in a five fin cluster , based of a conventional thruster fin placement with the added quad option . You can ride as a quad or a thruster again depending on conditions . The deck is slightly domed into a medium volume rail .
Flat entry rocker with the wide point forward allow you to ride this board short but paddle into waves easy and with confidence . The bottom shape is single into double concave giving the most consistent performance to suit all round conditions . This board is a real hybrid as some guys ride it as a groveller and other surfers swear buy it as travel board , perfect in small clean waves !

One way understand the difference if we take the same dimensions 5'10 by 19 3/4 by 2 1/2 , The Alien litres are 29.17 , then the Fuzz Nutz same dimensions 31.31 over an extra litre . Of course you have to take into consideration all the other characteristic like plan-shape, rocker design , nose and tail widths and rail volumes ,  of each model but you definitely have are two super fun hybrid surfboards !

Grey Blend

USC Blend 5'8 by 19 1/4 by 2 1/4 , with a Grey Foam spray . Great board designed for beach breaks waist to shoulder high and in average to good quality waves. This model can really enhance your quiver , because The Blend can be surfed in a wide variety of conditions .

 

The Blend has a modern performance outline with a pronounced hip in the tail allowing for quick release through turns . Pivot and release with amazing ‘”pop”"out of your turns.

Order approximately 2 to 3 inches shorter than your normal performance go-to board.

This custom has a simple grey foam spray on the deck, nice little touch !

When sending and shipping surfboards around the world we all want the cheapest and best freight deal available . We want it and know you the guys and girls who ride our boards want it .Freight or logistics is all based on volume . So how do you get a good and fair freight deal ?

Surfboards although being lightweight are priced by freight companies on the box dimensions ,cube sizes . That is the length by height by width . In other words how much room the "carton" takes up in the belly of the aeroplane ....

Dimensions are 5'10 by 19 3/4 by 2 3/8 . Custom with a Black Hemp deck and a slighter wider USC carbon rails infused with a blue composite .

The Carbon is a slightly wider version than normal which is infused with a blue tint , its extra width and combination with the Organic Hemp material makes this one of the strongest most durable high performance surfboards available .

Heavy footed surfers or guys who have had a bad run with snapping or creasing boards should definitely take a good look at this combinations of materials.
