Surfboard Pink Ribbon Charity

APG workforce a national company contacted me and asked if I could make Surfboard for the charity , Pink Ribbon  Gold Coast Charity Race Day .

With a short window to make the board , we kept it simple adding the logos to the Charity board with a subtle look ,  keeping it clean and simple . Making sure the "Pink Ribbon" dominated the design .

The board is a new twin fin model I have been working on , its still nameless and a little work in progress  but I have been calling it Premium Mid Performance when signing the blue decal near the fins .

Its based of the MLB Mid Length leaning towards an even more performance aspect .

The idea is you can ride it with plenty of length and foam up front but its does not surf that way , if fact I ride a 6'5 and everybody comments "it looks like a 5'8" .

It does not feel like a normal "washed out" slippery twinny , it feels tight and lots of drive . However it still flows off the top and out of turns real nice . I feel I can tell what kind of surfer this board suits , its almost made for a "old school" surfer who likes to surf in the pocket and allow the board to do most of the work and does not want to nurse there turns .

The benefit of having a board like this in quiver , its designed to work in well over head surf but if you order it in the dimensions I recommend you can ride it a bit of cruiser in small weak surf .

Anyway getting back to the charity , we are so stoked we got a chance to contribute the charity event , and heard the day and auction event was massive event in true Gold Coast style . Plenty of deep pockets and bids been thrown out there !

Hope the successful bidder enjoys the board as much as we did making it !

Thanks for APG Workforce for the opportunity

Rhema Graphics for the decals and Venom Glassing as always for the quality finish .
