Here is a little of example of 32 to 33 litres in one model USC Old Faithful, over a few different dimensions .

5’10 by 20 1/2 by 2 11/16th 32.44 litres
6’0 by 19 3/4 by 2 11/16th 32.25 litres
6’2 by 19 5/8 by 2 5/8th 32.23 litres
6’2 by 19 7/8 by 2 11/16th 33.37 litres
6’4 by 19 1/4 by 2 11/16th 33.20 litres

You can get an idea of what litres would suit you by using the Guild Factor scale .

Example: If you were (80) kg 

Young Gun Shredder, 00.36 X (80) = 28.80 litres

Normal, 00.40 X 80 = 32 litres

Weekend Warrior, 00.48 X 80 = 38.40 litres

Please remember that these are only guidelines to help you order your next custom surfboard . And you really have to take many other points into consideration , like model , planshape , rocker and rails etc . Leave that to expects and let them point you in the right direction .

 Volume is not the be all and end all of surfboard design but it is the most accurate way of comparing surfboards . Find a good volume that suits your ability and fitness level.  And remember foam can be your friend !

Has anyone seen the owner of this this fine craft ? His name is Dylan and last report he was in the jungles of Fijian Islands , helping the locals put the country back together after Cyclone Winston !

But when he returns after his tour of duty helping the people over there, this is what is waiting !

Yellow Nemo

A big boys custom USC  Nemo with a super bright yellow foam spray on the deck. This surfboard has plenty of volume , easy paddler which equates into catching plenty of waves.

Aztec Inspired

Biomimicry inspired artwork , designs from nature which may keep the biters away ? 

Who knows but this design seems to have an ancient Aztecan "look" to it , custom artwork on a USC Alien surfboard for Joao from Portugal.

Purple Beast

Purple foam spray on this USC Alien Step Up.

Its 6'3 by 19 1/2 by 2 3/8 , 29.85 litres.

The purple  colour looks like the pet/ hemp material we use on the deck to add durability but its just a simply foam spray .

Twenty Million

Cyclone Winston 2016 produced one of the most incredible run of waves in South East Qld in recent memory. The SuperBank was the main focus but plenty of other spots lit up over the two week period .

Many media outlets reported it generated twenty million dollars into the local economy .  With the hype and forecasting web world going into overdrive everyone downed tools and headed for South East Queensland. Crowd numbers were relentless but if you could jag a bomb , dodge the punters in the way and not get dropped in on, you probably go one of the most perfect waves of your life !

Our apologies goes out if your custom surfboard deadline blew out ! But with waves like this in our backyard, can you really blame us for "tools down" !
